• Children of 10yrs old are welcome (accompanied)
• Children of 8yrs old are allowed if their shoulder suits the helmet
• Not recommended for pregnant women, cardiac patients, or those recovering from major surgery
• Not recommended for guests over 80 (unless in excellent physical condition)
• Good hearing and eyesight required
• Avoid alcohol before the activity
• Keep valuables secured in your vehicle
• Open to both swimmers and non-swimmers
