During a three-day conference, the agency arranged for me to use Mr Shan, a taxi driver whom I can highly recommend. He has always been reliable, trustworthy and punctual on every journey (both during the day and at night). With this taxi driver, planning is a joy and always achievable.

We booked a speed boat trip to 5 islands at Ile-aux-Cerfs and car rental when we stayed at Trou aux Biches. Everything went perfectly from start to finish. All thanks go to lovely lady Deeksha with whom we arranged everything. She is very kind, patient, professional and responsive at any time of day. She gave us great suggestions, helping us a lot to organize our road trip with rented car. Thanks to her advice we managed to visit all places that we planned considering that we were first time left side drivers and that we were in Mauritius during Maha Shivratri holiday (increased traffic jam all around the country). It is also worth mentioning their fair prices for both, excursions and car rental.

*Fair prices and fair dealing holiday car rental business; ideal if you are holidaying in Mauritius in the north of the island*. I have rented a few times from them always getting a small car like a Suzuki S-Presso or Nissan Micra. They are a trustworthy outfit run by a team of lovely ladies. Their rates are very reasonable. They are in Trou aux Biches. I used to get my rental car at the airport but that was way more expensive and actually a bit stressful when beginning my holiday. Now I get a private hire taxi from the airport to my accommodation in Trou Aux Biches and then wander along in my flipflops to Super Holiday Car Rentals (I usually give them a heads up that I am coming in Whatsapp). This solution is far superior to renting at the airport, and the team at Super Holiday Car Rentals look after me. Even with paying a private taxi for pickup and drop off at the airport renting from Super Holiday Car Rentals in Trou Aux Biches still works out cheaper than rentals at the airport.

We went through this agency for the car rental (2000 RS per day) and the excursion to Ile au Cerf.
We highly recommend.
The catamaran excursion to Ile aux Cerfs with visit to the waterfall, very well organized (taxi transfers, barbecue on catamaran, snorkeling, drinks on the boat...). 1900 RS per person. We had a great time.
