Booking Terms and Conditions :

1. Booking Confirmation and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability.
Our tours and services can be booked by contacting us directly via WhatsApp or email info@superholidaysmauritius.com
A confirmed booking will be provided upon receipt of a down payment via bank transfer, PayPal or Credit Card.
By making a booking, the customer agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

In case of no show 100% cancellation fee will be applicable.
If booking is cancel on schedule date 100% cancellation fee will be applicable.
If cancellation is made 48 hours before schedule date, 50% cancellation fee will be applicable.
Any modification or cancellation of a confirmed/PAID reservation for services will entail additional charges equivalent. These charges may include penalties, administration fees and bank charges.
If you cancel your reservation, a processing fee will apply.

3. Changes and Amendments

Changes to the booking can be made 03 days prior to the scheduled activity/tour which is subject to availability.
Any changes made within 01 day of the scheduled activity/tour may incur additional charges.

4. Weather Conditions:

Some activities/tours may be subject to weather conditions. In the event of adverse weather, the service provider reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the activity/tour.
In case of cancellation due to weather conditions, customers will be offered an alternative date.
The service provider shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its control.
Weather conditions not suitable TO CLIENTS, 100% cancellation fee applicable.
