Your day begins with pick-up from your place of stay by our friendly local guide. Get ready to start a memorable day exploring the gastronomic and cultural journey offered by the three attractions in the south of Mauritius.

Domaine des Aubineaux

Arrive at Domaine des Aubineaux at around 9:30 AM. Explore the botanical garden, home to various indigenous and exotic plants. Further, head to the colonial-style residence, Les Aubineaux, which houses the Franco-Mauritian cultural center. Enjoy a leisurely stroll in the well-maintained gardens.

Domaine de Bois Chéri

Next, visit Domaine de Bois Chéri. Bois Chéri is the first and biggest tea producer in Mauritius. Have lunch at the tea factory’s restaurant, where you can enjoy local cuisine with a view of the tea plantations. Take a guided tour of the tea factory to learn about the tea production process, from plucking to packaging. Don’t forget to have a free tasting session to savor various tea blends. Continue the day by exploring the surrounding tea plantations, capturing scenic views of the mountains and tea bushes. Wrap up with a relaxing walk through the neatly manicured fields.

Domaine de Saint Aubin

Leave Domaine de Bois Chéri for the last visit to Saint Aubin. Explore Saint Aubin Estate, a historic sugar plantation. Take a guided tour to learn about the sugar-making process and the estate’s history. Visit the vanilla house to discover the cultivation of vanilla. The visit to the three estates—Domaine des Aubineaux, Bois Chéri, and Saint Aubin—allows you to discover tea, vanilla, essential oils, and the colonial house. Don’t miss the opportunities for tasting sessions of various teas and rums. You will also have the opportunity to visit the shops of the three estates and buy souvenirs.

Depart from Domaine de Saint Aubin at around 4:00 PM.

Return at 5:00-5:30 PM.
